DCR Recreational Advisory: Ashuwillticook Rail Trail
What: Beginning on Monday, May 18, 2026 and continuing through Friday, May 22, 2026, the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) will close the Ashuwillticook Rail Trail between the US 7 Route 8 Connector Road and Nobodys Road in the Town of Cheshire and between Church Road in the Town of Cheshire and Park Street in the Town of Adams from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. to accommodate hazard tree removal.
