Fiscal Year 2024 Real Estate & Personal Property Tax Bills are being mailed October 2, 2023 .  Payments can be made in person at the Cheshire Community House/Town Offices located at 191 Church Street (former elementary school).  The entrance to the Town Offices is at the Ramp at the West End of the building.    Payments can also be dropped at the Town Hall/Library lockbox located at the Church Street entrance.

1st Half Tax Bill:   November 1, 2023

Abatements:   November 1, 2023 

Exemptions:   April 1, 2024

2nd Half Tax Bill:   May 1, 2024

Fiscal Year 2024 Tax Rate:   $11.57
