Fiscal Year 2025 Tax Bills (Real Estate and Personal Property) are being mailed this week.  Payments can be made in person at the Cheshire Community House/Town Offices located at 191 Church Street (former elementary school).  The entrance to Town Offices is at the ramp at the West End of the building.    The Collector Office is the first door on the right.

1st Half Tax Bill:   Monday December 2, 2024

Abatement Deadline:   Monday December 2, 2024 (Please see the Assessors Office for information)

Exemptions:    Tuesday April 1, 2025 (Please see the Assessors Office for information)

2nd Half Bill:   Thursday May 1, 2025

Fiscal Year 2025 Tax Rate:    $11.13

Collector Office Hours

Monday - Thursday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.    Please note that the office will be CLOSED on Tuesday November 5, 2024.
