The Town of Cheshire and the Hoosac Lake District will accept sealed bids per MGL Chapter 30B for HERBICIDE TREATMENT for 3 years at Hoosac Lake located in the Town of Cheshire.  Request bid specifications from [email protected].  Mark bids"Hoosac Lake Treatment BID" and mail or deliver to Town of Cheshire, Attention Jennifer Morse at Cheshire Town Offices, 191 Church Street, Cheshire MA  01225, on or before 2 p.m. on April 9, 2025 at which time the bids will be opened in public.  Emailed or faxed bids will not be accepted.  There is no pre-conference.   The awarding authority (Owner) is the Town of Cheshire on behalf of itself and the Hoosac Lake District.   The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in total or in part as they may deem to be in the best public interest.
