The Town of Cheshire has two available spaces available for lease.  

Cheshire Athenaeum (Former Town Hall) Annex located at 84 Church Street is a 520 Square Foot property with a bathroom and accessible walkway.  The rental price per month is $825 and includes heat, electric and internet.  

Cheshire Athenaeum (Former Town Hall) Bottom Floor Office space located at 80 Church Street is a 270 Square Foot Office with access to the accessible bathroom on the same floor and elevator.  The rental price per month is $383 and includes heat, electric and internet.
